We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to become a part of our dynamic team. This position is a full-time, exempt salaried role focused on commercial construction. Please note that this is not a remote position, and some travel is necessary for project meetings and inspections. A personal vehicle is required, and travel expenses will be reimbursed according to company policy. Our benefits package includes generous paid time off, health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Our team utilizes Procore as the main tool for document and project management, alongside other technologies such as Sage Timberline, Microsoft Project, Plan Grid, EarthCam, and MS Office.
- While prior experience in this role is advantageous, we are open to training the right individual.
- Success in this position requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to manage tight schedules, collaborate effectively, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ideal candidates typically possess at least a two-year technical or business degree, with many having graduated from a four-year program in Construction Management.
- A foundational understanding of basic accounting, engineering principles, and project management is essential to meet the minimum qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will assist a Project Manager with daily responsibilities, which include managing subcontractors, coordinating site activities, creating weekly schedules, meeting with inspectors, overseeing deliveries, collaborating with owner representatives, maintaining project documentation, and updating overall project timelines.
