CGO Coordinator Job Description

As a CGO Coordinator at ShopRite, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting the sale of current charitable promotions. You will also assist with the onboarding of new department associates, including interviewing, selection, and training. Additionally, you will maintain proper staffing to meet projected sales and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all customers and provide them with prompt, courteous service and assistance.
  • Promote the sale of any current charitable promotions to customers.
