Position Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $29.00
- Sign-On Incentive: $2,500 for full-time team members
- Play a vital role in creating and implementing individualized care plans, helping clients reach their fullest potential
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing services
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate records
- Advocate for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities to ensure their rights and well-being are upheld
- Qualifications include a valid LPN certification, experience with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, a valid driver's license, and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure
