About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Consultant Manager to join our team at Pension Associates Retirement Planning, LLC. This individual will be responsible for managing the company's compliance and reporting services for assigned plans.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance and reporting services for assigned plans.
  • Supervise and train retirement plan consultants.
  • Provide assistance to team members as needed.

Requirements

  • College degree and additional experience and training.
  • Knowledge of tax code, ERISA laws and regulations, and accounting principles.
  • Demonstrated skills in grammar, written and oral communications, advanced math, problem-solving, and customer service.
