About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapy Specialist to join our team at FEDFORCE REHAB AND TRAINING LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and administering rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance overall physical functioning.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention.
- Design and implement individually tailored physical treatment programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning.
- Administer manual exercises, massage, or traction to alleviate pain and prevent deformity.
- Evaluate treatment effects and adjust plans as needed to achieve maximum benefit.
- Test and measure patient strength, motor development, and sensory perception, and record data.
- Instruct patients and families in treatment procedures for continued use at home.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and assess intervention programs.
- Review physician referrals and patient medical records to inform treatment decisions.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current Physical Therapist Florida state license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Judgment and decision-making skills.
- Service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
