Snow Removal Operator

Snowscapes is seeking a skilled Plow Truck Driver to join our team. As a vital member of our snow removal crew, you will operate heavy-duty equipment to clear roadways and other paved surfaces during winter weather events. If you enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team, this role may be perfect for you.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for operating a plow truck, clearing snow from various surfaces, and utilizing equipment in a safe manner. You will also need to read and understand snow maps, spread salt and deicers as needed, and assist the snow removal team with loading and unloading materials. Additionally, you will be required to re-fuel and perform basic maintenance on your assigned equipment, communicate effectively with management and operations teams, and report any incidents or equipment failures to your supervisor immediately.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience operating snow removal equipment, a valid driver's license (a Class A CDL License is a plus but not required), general knowledge of storms and efficient snow cleanup, and reliable transportation to and from the job site. Knowledge of heavy-duty salt trucks is also a plus.
