Key Responsibilities- Manage and track all projects through account service, creative, and media departments using our project management software, Function Point
- Ensure job schedules and task lists are accurate and up to date while proactively solving challenges that arise
- Coordinate daily with creative and account teams to manage workflow and ensure deadlines are met
- Build relationships with team members based on trust and respect
- Develop and maintain production schedules for all jobs
- Monitor project budgets and keep account teams updated on project health
- Allocate workload across the team, balancing resources and bandwidth, and communicating availability
- Monitor employee timesheets, ensuring timely entry and accuracy. Manage employee utilization goals including reporting, insights and planning
- Oversee quality standards for all deliverables
- Participate in client meetings and assist with project planning
- Identify opportunities for improving agency processes and efficiencies
- Act as the agency's Function Point go-to person including new employee onboarding and team support/problem solving. Explore features within FP and stay up to date on new features and bring them to the team
- Ongoing professional development, stay up to date on pertinent topics and focus on new innovations to improve work productivity
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years of experience managing multiple projects, in an agency setting
- Pro-active, solutions-oriented self-starter who is ready to roll up your sleeves
- High attention to detail and the ability to keep many balls moving at one time
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate others while remaining flexible and agile
- Proficiency with project management software; experience with Function Point is a huge plus
- Experienced Excel user including Pivot Tables
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and OneDrive
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- EVR maintains a hybrid workplace, with staff working at the Manchester, NH office three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) and from home two days a week (Monday and Friday)
