Job Overview

Groundworks is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team as a Foundation Repair Installation Specialist. This role involves traveling to customer sites to install foundation repair solutions, working under the supervision of trained professionals, and collaborating with a high-performance team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install foundation repair solutions at customer sites
  • Work collaboratively with a high-performance team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Travel to customer sites in a company-provided vehicle
  • Perform set-up and clean-up tasks at the work site
  • Lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical labor

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous physical labor
  • Excellent stamina and ability to work in confined spaces
  • Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination
