Insurance Claims Specialist

We are seeking a talented Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team. As a key member of our call center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while resolving their inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to empathize with callers. They will also have strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Bilingual Call Center Agent, you will be handling calls regarding DBL (disability) and PFL (paid family leave). You will need to investigate and propose solutions to callers, follow through on all promises made, and effectively control phone calls to achieve a one-call resolution.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or relevant work experience in the Insurance Industry

- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to empathize with caller
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
