Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver insights and support site optimization efforts using Adobe Analytics, Test & Target, and Adobe Launch.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to establish KPIs and related metrics for new products, site enhancements, and site redesigns.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and support to business, marketing, IT, and UX initiatives that involve testing.
  • Interface and collaborate with business and marketing managers to provide digital analytics support for web strategies and initiatives.
  • Perform quantitative analysis of digital analytics data, acquisition and retention performance, and other site metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Adobe Analytics experience, with a strong understanding of custom reporting and data visualization.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution.
  • Ability to learn new software and concepts quickly, with a passion for detail and a track record of demonstrating initiative and drive.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability in understanding key analytics topics related to Adobe Analytics, such as eVars and product string tracking.
  • Expertise in Adobe Launch and Google Analytics, with the ability to work independently to meet multiple project deadlines.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to evolving conditions and fluid requirements, with a strong understanding of web development basics.
