Job Summary

Moore DM Group is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your primary focus will be on guiding the team through the entire software development lifecycle, from project initiation to deployment, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.

About the Role

This is a full-time, salaried position based in Manchester, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, promoting professional growth and skill development, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Guide the team through the entire software development lifecycle
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional growth and skill development
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines
• Participate in architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring that the chosen solutions align with best practices and meet project requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience of professional experience in software development
• 2+ years' experience in a leadership or management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
