We are seeking an experienced Security Analyst to provide multi-discipline support for one or more of our customer's Special Access Programs (SAPs).

The position will be responsible for providing day-to-day analysis for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), its Supplement, the Department of Defense Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
  • Develop and Implement Policies: Assist in creating and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of US military operations.
  • Provide Continuous Assessment: Offer ongoing security support, identifying shortfalls and providing recommendations for revising and improving security policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Identify Vulnerabilities: Recognize threats, risks, and vulnerabilities to test, training, and operational activities.
  • Support Operations Security: Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Brief personnel on security-related topics and conduct facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs.
  • Monitor and Report: Track corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews and ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters.
  • Investigate Losses: Conduct preliminary inquiries and generate damage assessments resulting from the loss of classified information.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into the SAP security education & awareness program.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Clearance: Top Secret w/SCI Eligibility
  • Experience: 5-7 years related experience (Security Fundamentals Professional Certification counts towards 3 years of experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Experience: Previous experience working with SAP programs
