Join our team at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center as a Food Service Associate. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for delivering and serving food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
  • Log and maintain food temperatures.
  • Arrange tables and decorations.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests.
  • Thoroughly clean location after event is completed.
  • Return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility.
  • Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
  • Stock, clean and maintain catering facility and equipment.
  • Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
  • Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
