**Responsibilities:**

As a Certified Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will assist residents with daily tasks, work alongside our nurse educator and nursing staff, and provide physical support to patients with mobility needs. You will also be responsible for preparing resident rooms with necessary items and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be willing to learn and apply new skills, and possess strong customer service skills and compassion. You must also be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable.

**Certification:**

Upon completion of our training program, you will be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and will be eligible for full-time or part-time positions within our organization.
