Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a scientific area, or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional registration (P.E., PTOE, etc.) in one or more states where Timmons Group conducts business.
  • 6 or more years of experience in engineering or a related technical profession.
  • 8 or more years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering, including projects for NCDOT and/or local governments in North Carolina.
  • Thorough understanding of project accounting and ability to manage schedule and budget for multiple projects.
  • Experience in marketing and supervision of technical work.
  • Working knowledge of technical and office support software, including Microstation and/or traffic analysis software packages.
