Job Description: Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Pharmacy Manager to lead and direct our pharmacy team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the operation of all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.

The successful candidate will have the ability to keep customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. You will also lead with heart, displaying empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues on your team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Active Pharmacy License: In the state where employed
  • Immunization Certification: Through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
  • Pharmacist in Charge: Listed on the pharmacy state license
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
