  • Guest Communication: Collect feedback and remarks from guests, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Menu Production: Oversee daily menu production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Corporate Functions: Manage corporate meeting functions, providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
  • Meetings and Communication: Attend weekly team meetings, group meetings, and all-manager meetings, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 1-2 years of operational management or supervisory experience in upscale dining rooms.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of wine and spirits, computer experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mathematical Skills: Understanding of property management cashiering procedures, budgeting issues, and labor calculations.
  • Reasoning Ability: Strong perceptive skills, ability to read personalities, and exercise judgment to make decisions based on job knowledge and company goals.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, work on feet for long periods, safely operate a company vehicle or golf cart, and work outside in all weather conditions.
