Housekeeping Manager Job Description

Club Lodges at Trillium, located in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest and owner receives an exceptional vacation experience. Your responsibilities will include enforcing quality and safety standards, supporting the hiring and training of housekeeping personnel, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Support the hiring and training of housekeeping personnel.
  • Coach and counsel housekeeping staff for career development.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Manage inventory of room supplies, linens, and cleaning materials within budget.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in housekeeping and laundry operations.
  • Direct experience leading a housekeeping department, preferably in the time-share industry.
  • Housekeeping and management training, as well as knowledge of budgeting and inventory controls.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.
