Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Reliatus. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.

Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results, ensuring effective and efficient implementation.

Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis, making data-driven decisions to optimize treatment outcomes.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans, promoting a seamless and supportive environment.

Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) through ongoing professional development and training, ensuring the highest level of expertise and knowledge.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a clinical setting.

Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Proficiency in data collection and analysis software, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
