Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the practicing state
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements
- Valid CPR certification
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
