Healthpro Heritage, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations to identify individualized goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement evidence-based behavior support plans to promote positive behavioral change.
- Train and supervise behavior therapists to ensure effective implementation of behavior programs.
- Conduct regular parent training and consultation to promote family engagement and support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- BCBA certification and licensure.
- At least one year of experience working with children with autism and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
