Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

GoldStar Learning Options is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to oversee a caseload of participants and their team of direct care providers. The successful candidate will design and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a caseload of up to 8 participants and their team of direct care providers.
  • Maintain a billable caseload of 25 hours per week.
  • Design and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans, including skill acquisition and replacement behavior goals.
  • Conduct assessments, including VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R, as needed.
  • Supervise therapists in Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Training teaching methods.
  • Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other service providers to ensure the highest quality of care.
Requirements:
  • Active certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
  • Masters degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in applied behavior analysis or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years providing direct care using applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • A minimum of 2 years supervising cases, including developing behavior intervention plans based on the principles of ABA.
  • Strong clinical experience, including at least 1 year post-graduate ABA experience in the school, clinic, or community setting.
