About the Role

Packet Fusion, nc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our order-to-cash process, ensuring seamless communication between sales and sales support departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage quoting and order management for products, support contracts, and cloud services
  • Track and process renewals, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion
  • Oversee inventory control and management, ensuring efficient stock levels and minimizing waste
  • Approve and track concessions and SPA requests, maintaining compliance with company policies
  • Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) desk, resolving customer issues efficiently
  • Cross-train with Operations employees to provide additional desk coverage and support
  • Coordinate shipping of products from our headquarters office as needed
  • Respond to client and vendor requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Manage product lines, registering premise and cloud vendors, and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or client success operations
  • General understanding of Channel Partners, Resellers, Trusted Advisors, Managed Service Providers, and other industry terms
  • Experience with client renewal processing and tracking, ensuring successful and timely renewals
  • Attention to detail and high aptitude for critical thought and independent judgment
  • Ability to manage vendor and provider relationships, fostering strong partnerships
  • Team player mindset with excellent collaboration and team building skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner, able to understand and rapidly adopt/adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Hybrid position, requiring presence in our headquarters office at least three days a week
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Excel, data entry, and Word
  • Superior client service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • CPQ (Microsoft CRM) and Microsoft Great Plains experience a plus
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solutioning, Client Success, Support, Business Ops, and Accounting
Education

High School diploma with applicable experience
