Job Summary: As a Plumbing Project Manager at GPac, you will oversee the planning and execution of plumbing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating project activities, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyze potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Department to identify and address potential hazards, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Estimate project opportunities and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including project schedules, budgets, and reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in plumbing project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with construction management software, such as P6 or Microsoft Project.
