We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Palmetto Bluff Investments LLC. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a fun and safe atmosphere for children participating in our programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Weekly Activities: Assist in leading all weekly activities and ensure that all members are participating.
  • Safety and Security: Responsible for the safety and security of all children participating in various programming and activities.
  • Daily Setup and Clean Up: Responsible for daily setup and clean up, including theme days.
  • Program Development: Create exciting and innovative activities for children to enjoy and participate in.
  • Guest Services: Greet all guests with a warm welcome and ensure that all children's information/waivers are accurately filled out and the children are signed in on the sign-in sheet by parents/guardians before leaving.
  • Communication: Inform children and parents of daily craft and activities, and properly communicate with guests all of the present and upcoming programs, offerings, and family activities through our programming.
Requirements
  • Education: High School or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years working experience with children.
  • Certifications: CPR/First Aid Certified.
Working Conditions

This position requires walking, standing, and exerting well-paced mobility for up to 7 hours in length. The use of a swimsuit will be required during certain water activities. Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, and subordinates. Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.
