Position Overview- Specialty: Medical Lab Scientist

Role Summary:
The Medical Lab Scientist will be responsible for conducting both routine and advanced clinical pathology tests, as well as managing laboratory instruments. This role requires precise documentation of results and ensuring timely reporting. The individual will hold the authority and accountability for the accurate execution of laboratory testing methodologies, which are critical for patient diagnosis and treatment. The application of clinical expertise is essential to guarantee precise clinical test outcomes, ultimately contributing to superior patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in high complexity Maspec, Toxicology, Chromatography, and Special Chemistry testing within a controlled laboratory environment.
• Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) Certification.
• Valid Medical Technologist licensure in the State of Tennessee.
About Cross Country Allied:
