Director of Client Success and Operations

Your RoleAs a Director of Project Management, you will be the driving force behind client projects and internal solutions. You will ensure the accounts run as a well-oiled machine, driving cross-functional collaboration and optimal delivery.
- Drive the planning and execution across multiple accounts of simultaneous integrated projects.
- Instill confidence in the management of the workflow delivery process, continuously assessing risk and avoiding foreseeable pitfalls of the workflow process.
- Actively track delivery progress and commercially manage the account (i.e. resource, vendor and budget management) for the benefit of the financial health of the account, team and the agency.
You will be seen as a knowledgeable and reliable partner via project communication to the Business Lead and provide proactive solutions.
You will lead and develop direct reports to ensure compliance of departmental and agency policies and expectations, building the next generation of RAPPers.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8-10 years years of experience in CRM and 360 campaign management, i.e. digital, direct mail, video, radio, etc. at an advertising agency at a media, direct marketing or interactive advertising agency.
- Experience in multiplatform content extensions and original content production.

We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits plan, including health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), stock options, and more. A reasonable estimate of the salary for this role is $113,000 - $135,000, based on location and experience.
