Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Ensure a patient-centered culture by providing hands-on support and engagement of teams from front to back, promoting a proactive approach to excellent customer service.
- Communication: Excel in written and verbal communication with patients, providers, staff, and other departments, participating in regional manager meetings and daily huddles to ensure effective information sharing.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations by supporting the office, providers, and staff as a working manager, overseeing tasks such as staff schedules, overtime management, inventory control, daily receipts and collections, and morale building.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and a hardworking attitude
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience in the medical field
- Experience with general office equipment, Excel, Word, and EMR systems
- Understanding of HIPAA privacy practices and insurance plans
