Position Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

As a Field/Computer Technician, you will be responsible for addressing service requests related to the repair of laptops and desktops within the metropolitan region. Your tasks will encompass:

  • Replacing components such as hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
  • Conducting whole unit swaps and repairing or replacing peripheral devices.
  • Utilizing reliable transportation to service various locations in the metro and surrounding areas.
  • Documenting service ticket closures in real-time using the provided mobile device.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Possession of a reliable vehicle and valid car insurance.
  • A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in laptop and desktop repair.
  • Preferred background in computer assembly.
  • Basic understanding of hardware and software for laptops and desktops, including familiarity with Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues as instructed.
  • Possible requirement for client or governmental clearance.
  • Background verification may be necessary.
