Salary & Benefits

We offer competitive pay, with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition, you'll enjoy a full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match.

Job Description

As a Caregiver, you'll provide essential support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, helping them to grow, learn, and engage in their communities. Your duties may include:

  • Assisting with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  • Encouraging participation in community activities and hobbies
  • Helping individuals set and achieve developmental goals

You'll work closely with our experienced team to develop personalized plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. Whether you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role or simply want to make a difference in your community, we invite you to join our team.

Requirements

We're seeking candidates with six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination. A compassionate and patient attitude, combined with excellent communication skills, is essential for success in this role.
