As a Fitness Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building relationships with members, and promoting our fitness products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a genuine, authentic, and engaging guest experience tailored to each member's unique needs and interests.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with members, understand their fitness goals, and prescribe the perfect solution to meet their needs.
  • Promote Fitness Products and Services: Execute the CARE sales model with each guest, share the value of 24 Hour Fitness products and services, and showcase the facility, equipment, and amenities that directly tie back to their individual fitness needs and goals.
  • Generate Leads: Contact potential members by phone to invite them into our club, manage and follow up on leads using our Lead Management System, and utilize a daily planner to track and plan successful lead management and selling activities.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Love to achieve or exceed sales goals, and have a genuine interest in helping others.
Requirements
  • Authenticity and Sincerity: Be authentic, sincere, and open-minded; show up as who you are.
  • Self-Motivation and Passion: Be self-motivated, passionate about helping others, eager to learn, and have a genuine interest in helping others.
  • Experience: Have 1-2+ years of retail or fitness sales experience.
  • Certifications: CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
What We Offer

24 Hour Fitness offers benefit programs designed to meet the diverse needs of all team members, including health coverage, as well as Company-paid benefits that are automatically provided at no cost, such as group life and accident insurance. There are eligibility requirements for each plan based on your position, hire and/or service date, and your average hours worked. Benefit-eligible team members may also accrue vacation hours. All 24 Hour Team members, and their eligible dependents, receive a complimentary membership.

Compensation

Pay Range: $19.06
