Service Experts is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:- Install HVAC equipment and accessories in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer specifications.
- Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components.
- Deliver excellent customer service and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promote products and services to customers.
- Assist the Field Supervisor or General Manager with site supervision, planning, and estimating.
- Assist the Field Supervisor or General Manager with completing quality audits on selected installations to ensure superior performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Train other installers in technical skills and company procedures, as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
