Job Title: RV Sales Associate

Are you passionate about the great outdoors and looking for a career that combines adventure with sales expertise? We're seeking a highly motivated RV Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Campers Inn RV.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow our trusted sales process to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Work closely with our industry-leading team to sell new and used RVs
  • Conduct effective demonstrations of units and maintain a working knowledge of each product
  • Close sales by collaborating with our F&I team and follow up with customers in a no-pressure, high-integrity approach
  • Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and share best practices with the team
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, the RV industry, and our dealership's inventory
  • Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management, and attend RV shows and location events as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required
  • Ability to obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations
  • 5+ years of RV sales experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and strong work ethic, commitment to superior customer service, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge or ability to learn computer company system applications, including Motility Systems2K, MS Office, and other software as applicable
  • Ability to move RVs of various sizes and perform physical tasks such as adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
  • Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
