About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nurse to join our team at Maine Veterans' Homes. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct care and treatments to our residents, while also supervising the activities of our direct care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and treatments in accordance with our quality standards
  • Supervise and mentor direct care staff to ensure excellent care and services
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our services and care

Requirements:

  • Current Maine RN/LPN license in good standing
  • Excellent observational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
