Financial Operations Manager

Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
The Great Oaks Community Church seeks a detail-oriented and self-motivated Financial Operations Manager to oversee administrative duties at the church. The successful candidate will ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently, while working with staff, congregation, church leadership, and vendors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, including tithing deposits, expenses, payroll, insurances, contribution records, audits, and vehicle registrations.
- Maintain employment documentation and assist in new employee onboarding.
- Document management and oversight of benevolence applicants.
- Coordinate office supplies, facility services, and other vendor relationships.
- Assist the Executive Pastor with HR responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Bill.com, Tallie, and Sage Intacct Accounting Software.
- Understanding of Google Suite and Planning Center is preferred.
- Able to keep information confidential.
- Team player with a willingness to help where needed.
