Administrative Finance Manager

**About This Role:**
We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Great Oaks Community Church. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing our finances, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records, including tithing deposits, expenses, payroll, and audits
- Assist with new employee onboarding and employment documentation
- Provide administrative support to our senior pastors
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage office supplies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (preferred)
- Proficient in accounting software (Bill.com, Tallie, Sage Intacct)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
