About the Role:
As a Senior Business Consultant at MyCareersFuture, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our SAP business in the region. Your primary responsibility will be to create, sell, and deliver SAP solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SAP solutions that align with our clients' business objectives.
- Lead workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements, and advise clients on industry-leading practices.
- Design and implement target state SAP solutions that incorporate best practices and standard processes.
- Analyze application landscapes to design interfaces to SAP solutions, and perform SAP configuration and testing.
- Lead consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle, including planning and execution of testing, migration, and cutover.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and support change management execution by developing training materials and delivering training.
Requirements:
- A good honors degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP BPC Module, with a proven track record of completing end-to-end full life cycle implementations.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a plus, as is experience in a multi-cultural work environment.
- Demonstrated success in facilitating effective workshops to lead target state design, and ability to lead teams and conceive and execute SAP solutions.
- Broad understanding of SAP design, appreciation of digital enterprise and emerging technologies, and sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
