Mortgage Sales Professional

Arc Home LLC, a leading provider of wholesale mortgage solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Non-QM Account Executive to join our team. As a top 10 Non-QM lender, we offer a comprehensive suite of mortgage products and innovative lending solutions.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for soliciting new business from correspondent lenders and wholesale brokers, developing existing relationships, and creating familiarity with all Arc Home products, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Earn volume and meet monthly and annual sales goals.
- Add value to clients through thorough knowledge of Arc Home's products and underwriting guidelines.
- Act as an ambassador for the company while maintaining professionalism and advocating for clients when necessary.
- Confer with management on client issues and facilitate the client application process.
- Participate in client account assessments and approvals.
- Respond to client inquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Assess client training needs and administer training independently.
- Manage work schedule to maximize productive time with clients.
- Maintain ongoing training and repetition of training to ensure production cadence.
- Regularly contact clients to solicit new business and facilitate pipeline progress.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in mortgage sales with a history of sales success in the mortgage industry, specifically Non-QM products.
- Solid understanding of wholesale and correspondent loan origination, underwriting processes, and mortgage industry standards.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.
- Professional demeanor to effectively interact with company and client personnel.
- Strong analytical ability and aptitude for figures and calculations.
- Ability to conduct virtual meetings and trainings.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GoToMeeting, Outlook, and Internet Browsers.
- Diligent and enthusiastic about delivering high-quality results.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and clean driving record required.
Pay Range: $24,000 - $200,000 per year
