Leasing Management:

  • Manage eviction processes and tenant-related legal matters.
  • Execute necessary legal documentation.

Business Development:

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure optimal performance of each property in line with business objectives.
  • Analyze and secure management agreements with prospective clients.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Maintain a positive public image for the company.
  • Analyze and respond to market analytics.

Technology Management:

  • Oversee technology upgrades and software enhancements.
  • Manage distribution of company devices such as mobile phones and tablets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Ability to interpret financial reports and legal documents effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills for communicating with top management and boards.
  • Proficient in financial calculations, including discounts and percentages.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software, particularly AppFolio.
