Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at CarMax, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to handle a wide range of customer service interactions via phone and online channels. This includes answering customer questions, conducting follow-ups, and confirming appointments to best support the customer. You will also triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to ensure seamless assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with customers online and over the phone to provide personalized support
• Triage incoming calls to the appropriate team member for efficient resolution
• Complete administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating customer information in our systems
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet minimum technology requirements
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.
