We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at American Landmark Value Management, LLC in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient maintenance operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Responsible for scheduling work orders and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Work Order Management: Respond to work orders within 24 hours and follow up with vendors to ensure satisfactory completion.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Oversee and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of our assets.
  • Inventory Management: Responsible for ordering supplies and tracking inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Apartment Turnovers: Coordinate apartment turnovers to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
  • Renewal and Leasing: Assist the leasing team with renewal and leasing efforts to achieve financial goals.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience and 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Certifications: EPA Universal certification, HVAC certification, and refrigeration certification.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
