Job Title: Senior Platform Engineer, ServiceNow

Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Engineer, ServiceNow to join our Enterprise Platforms Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our business.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented engineer who has a strong background in ServiceNow development and a passion for working with emerging technologies. As a Senior Platform Engineer, ServiceNow, you will work closely with our product owners to understand the desired application capabilities and testing scenarios. You will also be responsible for continuously improving software engineering practices and leading the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management modules
  • Partner with enterprise tools and systems to integrate as needed
  • Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
  • Continuously improve software engineering practices
  • Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • 1+ years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
  • 1+ years of experience in IT Asset Management
  • 1+ years of experience in IT Operations Management
  • 1+ years of experience in Workflow Development
