Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer, ServiceNow to join our team. As a Senior Platform Engineer, ServiceNow, you will be responsible for developing and supporting tools with emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on development of ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management modules
  • Partner with enterprise tools/systems to integrate as needed
  • Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
  • Continuously improve software engineering practices
  • Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions
  • Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of your solutions
  • Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community
  • Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization and diversity

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of ServiceNow Development Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Javascript, Java, Typescript, SQL, Python or GO
  • 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure or another cloud service
  • 2+ years of experience in open source frameworks
  • 4+ years of experience in IT Asset Management
  • 4+ years of experience in IT Operations Management
  • 4+ years of experience in Workflow Development
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
