Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to join our DEI and Talent Management team. Under the direction of the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer and Director of Talent Management, the successful candidate will provide administrative support for programs and initiatives that advance the firm's talent development and diversity, equity, and inclusion structures.
Key Responsibilities- Update and maintain summer candidate and associate files via internal data management systems and software, ensuring accuracy of data entry and completing regular quality checks.
- Generate reports and summaries to support the firm's DEI Council, Associates Committee, Hiring Committee, and Recruiting Committees.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of Talent and DEI programs and events, including coordinating logistical and catering arrangements, planning travel and stay accommodations, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
- Assist with processing payments for vendors and suppliers and ordering swag items.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Maintain detailed financial information for budget tracking purposes.
- Support additional projects related to the firm's commitment to recruiting, hiring, and retaining diverse talent.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a professional setting.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to support several projects at once.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently with limited supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
This role will require limited travel (e.g., receptions and events), including some evenings and weekends.
