- Share the Value of Galileo's Programs: Engage and inspire prospective partners through effective sales and renewal conversations, highlighting the impact and value of our programs.
- Leverage Your Expertise: Utilize your nuanced understanding of K-12 funding in California to empower district partnerships predominantly serving unduplicated students.
- Manage the Contracting Process: Accurately and transparently manage pipeline forecasting, share learnings with your team, and execute RFPs and contracts.
- Celebrate and Share Impact: Collaborate with field operations and school district leaders to highlight the exceptional moments of our camps, empowering renewal and problem-solving for district partners.
- 5+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of successful negotiation, sales, and account management in the educational industry.
- Deep Understanding of K-12 Funding: Expertise in California K-12 funding mechanisms, including LCAP and ELO-P, and their application to support unduplicated students.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to articulate the impact and value of Galileo's programs to diverse stakeholders and manage the contracting process.
- Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and address challenges faced by school district partners.
- Total Compensation: $120,000 - $170,000 annually, including base pay and commission.
- Benefits: No-cost medical insurance, vision and dental insurance, 401k benefits, flexible paid time off, and unlimited free camp for your child(ren).
