**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Director to lead our team in Mclean County, working closely with the local Leadership Board. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the program, including leadership, location, logistics, loot, and language.

**Key Responsibilities**

Leadership: Oversee the people element of the program, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the team.

Location: Manage the facility and transportation needs of the program, ensuring seamless execution.

Logistics: Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and districts, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.

Loot: Lead fundraising efforts and manage the program's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.

Language: Promote and communicate the program's religious mission, aligning with the organization's core values and beliefs.

**Qualifications and Experience**

We seek a candidate with a mature personal Christian faith, regular attendance at a church whose teaching aligns with our Statement of Faith, and experience in leadership roles, preferably in a professional or volunteer capacity. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms, and Google Workspace.
