Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position starts at $41,820-$56,066 per year for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree. The starting salary range for candidates with a Master's Degree is $46,820 - $67,214 per year. We also offer fully board-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Job Responsibilities

This role involves providing instruction to students and performing a wide variety of tasks, including curriculum planning, supervision, presenting and reinforcing learning concepts, and teaching children in a classroom setting. As an Education Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Teaching District-approved curriculum to students of varying ages and skill levels.
  • Meeting and instructing assigned classes in designated locations and times.
  • Preparing lessons and showing evidence of preparation upon request.
  • Implementing the District's philosophy of education and instructional goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a teaching certificate for the particular position as required by the State. You should also be familiar with the use of computers, including electronic mail, the Internet, word processing, and electronic spreadsheets (Microsoft Office). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships with students, parents, and staff.
