Corteva Agriscience is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team at our production facility in Worthington, IN. As a key member of our agricultural operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Harvest and process crops, including preparation, sorting, drying, and packaging
  • Conduct quality control and analysis to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Participate in field management activities, including scouting and field maintenance
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, and perform data entry tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; GED or equivalent within 1 year of hire
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and conditions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, during peak season
