About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Anthropologie. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to provide personalized service and recommendations.
    • Support a selling environment on the sales floor by engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and providing a frictionless shopping experience.
    • Utilize technology to facilitate transactions, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Build strong relationships with peers and colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Participate in product knowledge sharing, trend discussions, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers and drive sales.
    • Contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through internal recognition programs.
    • Provide insights and feedback to Store Leadership to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Visual and Business Operations
    • Understand the impact of your contributions on the store's business and strive to drive sales and revenue growth.
    • Support the shipment process to gain awareness of new products and restocks, and contribute to the completion of omni-order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels.
    • Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while prioritizing the customer experience and staying current on merchandising updates.

Pay Range

The starting hourly rate for this position is $12.30. Please note that this may be subject to change based on location and employment status.
