We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Chico's FAS. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive for Results: Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers; recommend merchandise selections or help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Maintain Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current sales and promotions; maintain pricing and visual standards.
- Customer Experience: Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience; ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Operational Excellence: Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant; assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and visual presentations.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Retail or sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company; strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Constant Walking/Standing: 8-hour shift.
- Occasional Lifting: Up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
- Frequent Climbing: 34%-66% of 8-hour shift.
